The Audubon Naturalist Society of the Central Atlantic States (ANS) is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our Web sites or use our Web sites to purchase products, memberships or make donations. ANS does not collect personal information about individuals on our Web site, such as names and mailing or e-mail addresses, unless the individual knowingly provides it and he or she has agreed to the terms under which ANS will use it. ANS will not sell, rent, or trade your email address. We may from time to time share information with you in collaboration with our partners who support our Conservation and Education Programs.

Online Memberships, Contributions and Products

When you purchase products, ANS memberships or make contributions online, we need to know your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information to process your order. Your credit card information will be used only as needed to process your transaction.

Children Thirteen and Under

In compliance with the COPPA Act, ANS does not solicit personal information from children. Visitors twelve years of age and under should remember that they are required to obtain an adult's permission before submitting any personal information to any Web site.
